Patrick Williams
Following his graduation from California State University, Long Beach, Patrick earned his contractor’s license in 1978 and began his career with a development company building 2–3 story office buildings around the OC Airport area. Notable projects from that period include the Medieval Times entertainment facility in Buena Park and the Hamilton Cove condominiums on Catalina Island. In 1991, he launched his own company, focusing on industrial facilities and office tenant improvements. By 2010, Patrick had expanded into the fitness industry, helping build multiple well-known brands throughout Southern California. Today, Patrick leverages more than 45 years of construction experience to guide clients through pre-construction planning, budgeting, and project execution. His expertise spans ground-up construction, tenant improvements, retail, industrial, and dental facilities. Known for his collaborative approach, Patrick works closely with clients to ensure every project’s success and to foster long-term partnerships built on trust and results.
Andy Williams
Being around construction his entire life, Andy brought both knowledge and passion when he joined WCS over a decade ago—and hasn’t looked back since. He began as a superintendent, gaining hands-on experience in every trade and a deep understanding of the entire process from concept to completion.
Now WCS’s Vice President, he works tirelessly for the company’s positive reputation and future success. With a strong grasp of client needs and a commitment to building lasting vendor relationships, Andy plays a vital role in the company’s growth. Striving to keep each project on schedule and under budget—without ever compromising craftsmanship.
He believes success is built from the ground up.
